Every Superbonbon account carries a $1,000 monthly base fee. Think of it as the cost of keeping the factory running for you — infrastructure, reporting access, communication, and baseline account oversight, always on, regardless of spend.

Charged once when we fire up the factory for your brand. Covers platform access, tracking and reporting setup, strategy sessions, briefing meetings, and the full ramp-up required before your first campaign goes live. It scales w/ your projected spend — larger accounts demand more infrastructure and more senior time, and we don't cut corners.

Charged at the start of each month against your agreed projected ad spend. The rate is bracket-based and decreases as your spend scales — the more you invest, the more efficient your retainer becomes.

At the end of each quarter, we reconcile against your actual consolidated spend. If real spend came in lower than projected, the difference is applied as a credit toward your next invoice. If higher, the difference appears as a line item on your following month's invoice — no separate billing, no surprises.

Calculated on your actual ad spend for the month using bracket logic — like income tax, each portion of your spend is charged at the rate for that band only, never your full budget at the top rate. The rate steps down as you scale, so growing your investment always works in your favour.

We invoice 15 days after month-end to give us time to verify every figure before anything is charged. No estimates, no surprises.

Your spend passes through each bracket in sequence. Only the portion within each band is charged at that band's rate. Your active bracket is highlighted.

Every client you refer to Superbonbon — who signs and stays active — earns you a monthly credit applied directly against your variable fee invoice, for as long as they remain under contract. The credit scales w/ your tier, and the number of referrals you can make grows as you do.

Credits are live-linked to each referral's contract. If a referral leaves, the corresponding credit stops the following month. Your base fee and retainer are never touched — the credit always comes off the variable invoice that arrives 15 days after month-end.
